Your page says SOLD OUT! How can I purchase a piece?

    If my page says SOLD OUT, then I have no work to sell! Please sign up for my email newsletter to receive shop announcements so you can stay in the loop with restock dates and information. You can also follow me on Instagram for additional announcements @ashleylaurenceramics.

    How do restocks work?

    When I have created enough work to have a shop restock, I will announce the date via my email newsletter and Instagram.

    "Previews" are live on my website before restock time, but you will not be able to check out or place your order until the restock time. You will be able to see photos and prices.

    Pieces usually sell out quickly, so it is a good idea to create an account on my website. Your shipping and payment information will be stored, so you can load up your cart before the time of the restock and just hit the checkout button once the restock time comes.

    Items in your cart are not reserved; if two people have the same item in their cart, the one who checks out faster will own it.

    If you place multiple orders, I will combine your orders if it is safe to do so. I will refund additional shipping costs if possible.

    Once you place an order, it takes me 2-3 days processing to pack and deliver to the post office.

    Once delivered to the post office, I have no control of shipping times or handling procedures.

     

    How do I sign up for restock emails/newsletters?

    On my HOME page, you will see a section to enter your email address and sign up for email newsletters. Just enter your email and click the "sign up" button. That's it! You will receive a welcome email upon subscribing. Email newsletters are a lot of work, so I will only be sending them to announce when I add new items to my shop.  Add me to your friends list so these important emails don't end up in your spam folder. 

    My newsletters usually contain special/giveaway opportunities because I am genuinely grateful for my followers/customers' support and want to show my thanks in this way. These opportunities are exclusive to email subscribers.

    How do I create an account?

    On my home page, there is a menu link to create an account. I do not have access to your private information. I only see your address if you place an order so I know where to send your purchase.

    Creating an account saves your payment and shipping information, making your checkout experience faster.

    Is your work microwave safe?

    Generally, yes.* My work is made of porcelain or stoneware with glaze. These materials can be microwaved. However, I would avoid the microwave to ensure the longevity of your investment.

    *Any piece with a gold/metallic luster on it should not be microwaved and is not microwave safe.

    Is your work dishwasher safe?

    Generally, yes. My work is made of porcelain or stoneware with glaze. These materials can be placed in the dishwasher. However, I strongly suggest hand-washing your hand-made ceramics to ensure the longevity of your investment. Use a soft sponge or cloth and avoid abrasive materials.

    *Any piece with a gold/metallic luster on it should not be placed in the dishwasher and is not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive materials, such as the rough side of the sponge, to clean areas with metal luster.

    Do you take custom/special/pre-orders?

    No. Ceramics is full of surprises, and a custom order may likely experience a disaster. I cannot afford to re-create a custom piece multiple times to fulfill one order.

    Do you sell wholesale?

    No.

    Can I reserve/hold items?

    No.

    When will my order ship?

    How much does shipping cost?

    I am now shipping from Germany. I ship internationally and shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
